Answers to common questions, a quick guide to using the app, and a way to reach us directly.
Getting started
No account or sign-up is required to start. The app creates a private, device-bound profile for you automatically.
Tap the add button to enter someone by hand, or use Settings > Import from Contacts to pull names and phone numbers straight from your device.
Each person belongs to inner circle, friends, or extended, each with its own default reach-out rhythm. Premium accounts can create their own custom circles too.
Enable notifications from Settings > Alerts, and pick the hours you'd like them to arrive in Notification hours.
When you talk to someone, open their page and tap "Log contact." That resets their countdown and, if you'd like, saves a quick note about the conversation.
Need space from a reminder for a while, without losing someone's history? Open their page and snooze it for a week, two weeks, or a month.
FAQ

Your data stays tied to this device. If you uninstall the app or lose the device without setting up a backup, that data can't be recovered. Setting up a backup takes under a minute.
No. You choose exactly who to import from a list pulled from your device. Only the name and phone number of the people you select are added to the app.
Free includes up to 10 people, birthdays, one-tap reminders, and 3 basic circles. Premium ($4.99/month or $29.98/year, almost 50% off) removes the people limit, adds unlimited custom circles, unlimited notes, custom date reminders, per-person reminder timing, and voice-to-text notes. See the full comparison on the pricing section.
Subscriptions are billed and managed through Google Play. Open the Play Store app, go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select Never Lose Touch, and cancel from there. You'll keep Premium until the end of the current billing period.
Check that notifications are enabled in Settings > Alerts, and that your notification hours (Settings > Alerts > Notification hours) cover a time your device is normally on. Also confirm the app has notification permission in your phone's system settings.
