You can permanently delete your Never Lose Touch account and everything in it, right from the app, or by asking us to do it for you.
Open the app and go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This removes everything immediately, no waiting on a request.
What gets deleted
Your account itself, including your email, password, and subscription link.
Every person you've added, in every circle, along with their notes, phone numbers, and birthdays.
Every custom circle you created and its reminder settings.
Custom date reminders like anniversaries, for everyone in your circle.
Your reach-out history, including the "worth remembering" notes and contact counts behind it.
Notification settings and this device's push token, so nothing more gets sent to it.
This can't be undone. Once deleted, there is no way to recover your account or the people in it.
Can't get into the app?
Tell us the email address on your account and we'll delete it for you. This opens your email app with the details filled in. Never include your password, we don't need it to process this request.
