Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Never Lose Touch app and this website (oklahomadesignandrank.com/never-lose-touch), operated by Oklahoma Design and Rank LLC ("we," "us"). By using the app or this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
What the app is
Never Lose Touch is a personal reminder tool that helps you keep track of when you last reached out to the people in your life, and nudges you when it's been a while. It is not a messaging app, a contact backup service, or a substitute for your device's own address book.
Your account
The app works without an account. If you choose to add an email and password to back up your data, you're responsible for keeping those credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know right away at support@oklahomadesignandrank.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app to store or transmit unlawful content, or content that harasses or harms another person
- Attempt to access another user's account or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app or its servers beyond normal use
- Use automated tools to create accounts or abuse the service
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.
Data about other people
The app lets you store names, phone numbers, and personal notes about people in your life. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to keep that information and for how you use it. Don't add information about someone in a way that violates their privacy or any applicable law.
Subscriptions and billing
Never Lose Touch offers an optional Premium subscription, billed monthly through Google Play at the price shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- All billing, renewal, and refund handling is managed by Google Play, subject to Google Play's own terms and refund policies.
- You can cancel anytime from the Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions. You'll keep Premium access through the end of the period you already paid for.
- We reserve the right to change Premium pricing going forward; any change will be reflected in Google Play before it applies to you, and won't affect a period you've already paid for.
Free plan limits
The free plan includes reasonable limits (currently up to 10 people, 3 basic circles, and a single 120-character note per person). We may adjust these limits over time.
Availability
We work to keep the app and its reminder notifications running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Notification delivery depends in part on third-party services (including Google Play services and Firebase Cloud Messaging) outside our control.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app and website are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, that reminders will always arrive on time, or that data will never be lost, which is part of why we recommend setting up an account backup.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oklahoma Design and Rank LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website, including a missed reminder or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time, and can request deletion of your account and data by emailing support@oklahomadesignandrank.com. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
