These terms cover your use of Toss or Keep (the "App"), published by Oklahoma Design and Rank ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Toss or Keep helps you review, organize, and delete screenshots stored on your Android device. It works entirely on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
The App is free to download and use, with certain features limited on the free plan (see the comparison on the home page). Toss or Keep Plus is an optional one time, non subscription in app purchase, processed through Google Play Billing, that removes those limits permanently, including for future app updates.
Purchases are billed and fulfilled by Google Play. Refund requests are handled under Google Play's own refund policy. We don't process payments or refunds directly.
Toss or Keep gives you tools (Trash, undo, optional backup before delete) to make deletion safer, but the decision to permanently delete a screenshot is always yours. Once you empty Trash, deletion happens through Android's normal system delete flow and cannot be undone by the App. Enable "Backup before delete" if you want an extra local safety net first.
Use the App only for its intended purpose, managing screenshots on your own device. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App beyond what's permitted by applicable law.
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be free of errors or uninterrupted, or that automatic tagging (Duplicate, Very Old, etc.) will be perfectly accurate. Always review a screenshot yourself before deciding to toss it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data. Because deletion is an action you start and confirm yourself, you're responsible for reviewing what you choose to permanently delete.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.
